History.

The AT-6 Wolverine is an American light attack and reconnaissance aircraft developed by Textron Aviation. Designed as a modern turboprop aircraft, it is based on the Beechcraft T-6 Texan II, a proven military trainer. Unveiled in the late 2010s, the Wolverine was created to offer cost-effective close air support, armed reconnaissance, and counter-insurgency capabilities.

Equipped with advanced avionics, integrated sensors, and a variety of precision-guided munitions, the AT-6 was intended for both domestic and international operators seeking a versatile, lightweight attack platform. Despite its potential, the aircraft faced competition from other light attack aircraft like the A-29 Super Tucano. While it has not been widely adopted, the Wolverine remains a demonstration of modern, adaptable aerial warfare technology.
