Delivery Times

If you order before 2pm (Monday-Friday) your order will be
dispatched the same day and it should arrive the following day-UK mainland.
If you order after 2pm on a Friday or during
Saturday-Sunday your order will be dispatched on Monday and delivered on the Tuesday-UK mainland.

Please note it is 48 hours from the time it is dispatched, not from the time you place your order. For this service please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. (excluding Sundays and Bank Holidays)

If you are in a remote area of the Scottish mainland, the Scottish Islands,
N.Ireland, Jersey or Guernsey please allow a few more days for your
package to arrive.

The vast majority of packages are delivered on time with accurate tracking, but we do not accept responsibility when packages are delayed as this is beyond our control. Try to avoid ordering last minute as no courier services successfully deliver all packages in the advertised time frame 100% of the time. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note Royal Mail does not collect or deliver on bank holidays.

During busy periods, BrickTanks may pick and pack your order over a weekend which will trigger a shipping confirmation email to say it has been despatched. However, it will not be collected by the courier until the next working day.

Many other sellers take the COBI, Sluban or CaDA box and simply put that in a plastic bag (poly bag). Often this results in the product packaging being damaged on arrival. We know many collectors would like the product box in pristine condition. So we take the product box and put them in a outer box as well as plenty of internal packaging to help reduce damage. So when comparing our prices with other sellers, consider if you want to receive the COBI, Sluban or CaDA box in good condition, best to order from BrickTanks.

When we dispatch your item you will receive an email with tracking number.

Please note while it is possible to enter a PO box as your delivery address when placing an order on our website. Couriers can not actually deliver packages to PO Boxes, so will return the item to us. All shipping costs will be borne by the customer, this can loose a lot of time and money. Make sure the shipping/delivery address is a location that can receive parcels.
