The model features authentic Polish Armed Forces markings and the historical name "REVENGE II." Developed in a 1:35 scale with 600 elements, the tank offers various functionalities: an opening hatch, access to a block-built engine, a rotating turret, a movable cannon, and working tracks.
All graphic elements are high-quality prints, with no stickers included in the set. The box also contains a printed plate displaying the tank's name.
A significant component of the set is an exclusive figure: General Władysław Anders (1892-1970), a Polish general and politician. Notably, he fought against German and Soviet forces in September 1939 and was subsequently captured by the Soviets. He served as the Commander of the Polish Army in the USSR and the 2nd Polish Corps. After the war, General Anders became the Supreme Commander and Inspector General of the Polish Armed Forces in the Republic of Poland, succeeding the President of the Republic of Poland in exile. He was laid to rest alongside his soldiers at the Polish War Cemetery in Monte Cassino.
History.
The Sherman Firefly, a British adaptation of the renowned American tank from World War II, incorporated the British 17-pounder cannon. The "IC" designation denoted a version with cast front armor and a welded rear. This highly successful design made its debut on the Western Front in mid-1944.
