History.

The Panzer III AUSF.J was a significant variant of Germany's Panzer III medium tank, produced during World War II. Introduced in 1941, the AUSF.J model marked an upgrade in armour and firepower over its predecessors. It featured an improved 50mm KwK 38 L/42 gun, providing better penetration capabilities against Allied armour. The front armour was thickened to 50mm, enhancing its survivability in combat. This variant also incorporated a revised turret design, allowing for a more spacious and efficient fighting compartment. The AUSF.J saw extensive action on the Eastern Front and in North Africa, proving effective in various battlefield conditions.
