I should qualify this by saying that unfortunately Royal Mail does not guarantee this service, and especially this time of year, but it should ensure that your parcels are more likely to arrive sooner than the 48-hour tracked service.
We try to ensure same day dispatch for all our orders placed upto 2pm each day, even during the busy Christmas period, so if you don't receive your parcel within three to four days (UK shipping only) then please contact us at admin@bricktanks.co.uk so we can investigate and/or chase Royal Mail for you if necessary. If you are based in the EU we are now also offering a tracked service at no extra cost rather than the old non-tracked service for extra peace of mind.
