DOUBLE Panzer Points + Take a tour of the new warehouse
Before I launch into this weekend's Double Panzer Points event, I'll start by saying thank you for the lovely messages about last week's blog - both for Steve and for us. We're all moved in to the new warehouse now - woohoo! And what a weekend it was. Huge thanks to James, as well as Rowan and Edward (my two sons) for a great team effort. The shop is still a work in progress but the main thing is we had a smooth transition over and are shipping orders as normal.

What changes will the warehouse move bring?
The top three changes happen to tie in nicely with your feedback from the customer survey:
1. We're using Royal Mail again so shipping rates for Scotland, N. Ireland and the Channel Islands are now the same as the rest of the UK, unless you have a very large/heavy order which would require us to use DPD.
2. We are now able to offer a cheaper alternative to next day delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48) for anyone happy to wait a little longer for their order. Plus, for anyone who lives locally, you are welcome to pop by and collect your order, as long as you let us know in advance.
3. We are in the process of setting up our physical shop ready for any 'appointment only' visitors, so watch this space.
I will report back in a future blog on the other feedback from the Customer Survey which we are in the process of addressing.

To celebrate the new warehouse move, we're holding our first double Panzer Points weekend of the year.
Any order placed on the site from 5pm today (Friday 23rd February) until 9am Monday 26th February will receive double Panzer Points, meaning for every £1 you spend you will receive 20 points (as opposed to the normal 10).
