History.
The Jagdpanther (Sd.Kfz. 173) is a German heavy tank destroyer introduced in 1944 during the Second World War. Built by combining the mobility and chassis of the Panther medium tank with the potent 8.8 cm Pak 43 anti-tank gun, it is widely considered one of the most effective casemate tank destroyers of the war.
