Soviet amphibious light tank introduced in the 1950s and used in a reconnaissance and fire-support role. Quickly established as the standard reconnaissance tank of the Soviet and Warsaw Pact Armies, it was exported to (amongst others) India, Iraq, Syria, North Korea and North Vietnam. Around 12,000 were produced and the chassis of the PT-76 formed the basis of many other Soviet military vehicles such as the BTR-50 armored personnel carrier, the ZSU-23-4 anti aircraft gun, the ASU-85 airborne self-propelled gun and the 2K12 Kub anti-aircraft missile launcher.
This electronic remote-controlled model has the same detail and construction as a standard Small Army brick model but includes fast forward, slower forward, fast reverse, slower reverse, left and right turn, front and rear lights, clockwise and anti-clockwise turning turret all controlled by the built-in bluetooth, infrared, smartphone and tablet connection. Also has a movable driver's hatch and breakwater. The remote control with stick enables playing with four vehicles at the same time when fixed between the models and the remote control of the channel on which the control will take place. Four channels are available.
