Update: Everything you need to know before Black Friday
With Black Friday/Cyber Monday less than a week away, we wanted to give you an update with everything you need to know before a mad weekend of promotions.
We're mixing our Black Friday/Cyber Monday offering up this year. Instead of a single promotion over four days we're offering four different discounts. Each will be available for 24 hours only. Make sure to check in each day from Friday 25th to Monday 28th to see the daily deal.
Royal Mail will be taking strike action on Thursday 24th and Friday 25th November. If you place an order over this period that weighs less than 2KG it will be dispatched on Monday 28th. Anything over 2kg will be shipped by DPD.
Recently, our COBI shipments have been taking longer to arrive. They usually take around 7-10 days, but more recently orders are taking 2 weeks. To avoid any disappointment, we want to be clear about which pre-order kits are *unlikely* to arrive in time for the last Christmas shipping date. Our last Christmas shipping date is Thursday 22nd.
