The Big Tiger IIs are coming + COBI update
It’s been a few weeks since my last blog, but truth be told, there hasn’t been much to report—so I thought I’d give your inbox a brief respite from BrickTanks updates!
That said, this week brings some very exciting news: the long-awaited and much-anticipated COBI-2808 Tiger II has finally been released and is now on its way to us. At the time of writing, we’ve got just one unit left that hasn’t already been pre-ordered, so if you’re hoping to get your hands on one straight away, don’t delay. We can always order more of course. A huge thank you to everyone who has patiently waited for the arrival of COBI’s largest kit to date — knowing COBI, it’s bound to be worth the wait.
Also on the horizon is COBI-2663 Hummel which was thought to be delayed but is now available, so will be due in stock by mid-November, along with the new U-52 U-boot, and more sets from the Roman Collection for those who’ve been eagerly awaiting any other new releases.
We’ve recently added some customer-requested, non-military models to the website as well, most of which are also arriving with our next COBI shipment — be sure to take a look below and see what’s new.
And, looking a little further ahead, a few brand-new kits have been announced for January 2026, which you can also preview below.
With many exciting releases lined up for November and December, we’ll keep you updated as soon as they’re on their way.
