I have some good news and some not so good news! The not so good news is, the Bismarck release date in now October 2018 instead of next month. The delay is due to the number of new moulds required which Cobi hadn't anticipated.  Also, our Bismarck waiting list is now nearly double the number of sets we have preordered, so I've requested a few more sets which we may or may not be able to get hold of at this stage - I'll keep you posted.
