Survey feedback + 12 more cars added
It was a busy start to the week here at BrickTanks. Unlike last week, our latest COBI order arrived two days earlier than expected, which means all related pre-orders and back-orders should already be with you. See last week's blog for which new releases and restock items are now available.
Many of you maybe aware that I’ve been sending follow-up emails this week regarding your customer survey feedback. It’s honestly my favourite part of the job—getting to know our community better, answering questions and sharing your stories whenever possible.
As for the survey overall, I’m blown away by the number of positive comments and thoughtful suggestions, as always. This year we received 200 responses—30 more than last year. My personal favourite was: "Long live BrickTanks!" That one made us smile. I’ve gathered all of the model requests and passed them on to COBI for review, and I’ve also emailed many of you directly to answer questions or ask for a bit more information where needed. If I've missed anyone or you have a question feel free to email me at zoe@bricktanks.co.uk.
Now for some not so great news, we found out earlier today (Friday) that several of the pre-orders which were due for release today have been delayed by COBI. This is frustrating. See below for which models are delayed and their new estimated release dates.
Moving on, a quick reminder: if you spot any models in the COBI catalogue that we don’t currently stock, just let us know and we’ll happily order them in for you. On that note, we’ve added 12 new car models to our Car Collection this week, bringing the total to more than 80 different sets across 1:35 and 1:12 scales. COBI has been busy securing new licenses as they continue to expand their model car range. Last week was the Subaru, this week it's Audi - see below for details. We'd love to see a Ford Escort in the mix🚗
Have a good weekend.
Warmest wishes,
Zoë

Land Rovers would be great subjects for Cobi treatment. Both old and new Defenders and Range Rovers too would be certain to attract interest and sales.
