Old favourites returning + update on deliveries

Hi there, hope you're doing well.

We have a couple of fantastic sets returning this week in case you're bored and stuck inside during the wet weather. We got completely drenched yesterday thinking we could sneak out with the dog for a cheeky walk between showers - ha ha!

COBI delivieries

The delivery service from Poland is normally pretty quick and reliable but the last couple of deliveries have been delayed. We always do our best to get pre-orders in particular out first as those customers have been waiting the longest. But please be aware that this is not always possible as sometimes our COBI delivery arrives after the post has been collected. I know our lovely COBI contact Klaudia is looking into using a more reliable courier once she's back from holiday in a week or so.

Bricktanks deliveries

As many of you know, we have switched over to using UPS for pretty much all of our shipping now, unless we have a COBI delivery on a Friday and then we tend to ship pre-orders via Royal Mail, so they should arrive on Saturday instead of Monday. Please do email any feedback regarding your delivery experience to admin@bricktanks.co.uk.
