New Sets + Graf Zepplin Ltd Ed + Spare Parts Update

Hey there,

I'll try to keep this as brief as possible as there is a lot to fit in. We hope you and your family are keeping well and staying sane - can't believe we are entering week 5 of the lockdown!

We are still super busy and in the middle of moving premises, but thankfully only next door, so thank you for understanding if we can't respond to calls and emails as fast as usual. Orders continue to be shipped as normal.

 

GRAF ZEPPLIN LIMITED EDITION SETS

Congratulations if you were one of the lucky people to have their name picked to reserve one of ten sets. They are due for release at the end of April, so I will invoice you once we know they are on their way from Poland.  The standard version will be in plentiful supply and will be released in May:

CLEARER PRE-ORDERING

Thanks to customer feedback, we are now using a bright red 'Pre-order Me' button to make it clearer when you are pre-ordering a set - please also check the product description to find out when a set is due in stock - I update these as soon as COBI informs us of a change. There were some teething issues with the new buttons last week, but hopefully we've resolved them now. So sorry, if you thought you had ordered a set only to find out it was actually a pre-order, and not due in stock for a while. If in doubt, please email admin@bricktanks.co.uk and we can check the status of your order for you.

DELAYED SET RELEASES

COBI informed us this week that unfortunately the following sets will be released later than expected:

Dassault Mirage 2000 - Lego compatible COBI 5801 - 390 brick fighter aircraft

SPARE PARTS & WEAPONS

Feel free to check out our new COBI Spare Parts and Weapons collections! Believe me, when all the bits and pieces arrived last week along with three pallets of COBI sets, Neil was cursing my name! So huge thanks to him for the sterling effort of sorting, organising and listing all the items on the website.

Supplying spares is an experiment for us so please let us know any feedback and if we can, we will continue to order spare parts from COBI for you so you don't have to pay the high shipping costs.

If you requested parts from us a few weeks ago, hopefully we now have them in stock (if they were available on the COBI website) so please feel free to order what you need.
