New releases for 2025 + COBI delivery update
A warm welcome to the first BrickTanks blog of 2025 - and a very Happy New Year!
Hope you have had a relaxing and rejuvenating break and are looking forward to a New Year full of exciting new COBI kits. Before I launch into the raft of new (and returning) models that have already been announced by COBI this week, there are a couple of updates below that might be of interest:
COBI delivery update
Our last COBI order of 2024 which shipped out of Poland just before Christmas is still in transit. We had hoped it would have arrived by today (Friday 3rd January) but the tracking shows it's still in Germany. We expect it to arrive early next week - fingers crossed. Thank you for your patience.
New COBI investor announced
Just before Christmas, COBI announced The Resource Partners Investment Fund (aka Resource Partners) has acquired a 40% minority stake in the company. Resource Partners, a private equity firm based in Warsaw, Poland, has made several investments in small and medium-sized enterprises within the consumer goods and services sectors across Central and Eastern Europe.
We have been told this development won't mean any changes to COBI management, but will hopefully mean COBI can expand faster and bring out even more exciting new models and product ranges in a variety of your favourite scales.
