As a small online business we are extremely grateful to say it has been business as usual this week. Well, I say business as usual, I do have our two young sons around all day, so I'm juggling homeschool and customer service!
We have seen a steep rise in orders due to so many people staying at home, and our small but efficient warehouse team (thanks Neil, Jordan and Ben) are working unsocial hours to ensure social distancing and maintain our UK-wide next day delivery policy.
As I mentioned in the last update, COBI are no longer shipping individual orders outside Poland which unfortunately includes claims for missing pieces to our customers. Should you find a vital piece of your set is missing, please let us know, just in case we can help.
