Merry Christmas from the BrickTanks Team!

As the big day approaches, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your support in 2023. It's been a challenging year, but thankfully a successful one for us. We've received a record number of orders this December and the last two weeks have been crazy busy. The warehouse team were down three out of six staff for most of December and have done extremely well under the circumstances, and put up with us hounding them on an almost hourly basis as we chased up various orders each day.
We're also very grateful to those customers awaiting orders for their patience and understanding - fingers crossed everything arrived in time for Christmas. Speaking of which, I have to give credit to Parcelforce for their next day delivery service for mainland UK, we've had very few complaints or issues. When I think back to this time last year with all the Royal Mail strikes, this December seems like a breeze in comparison!
Looking towards 2024, we’re excited about the 80th anniversary of D-Day and
all the new COBI kits due to be announced in the coming weeks and months – I'll provide you with updates on each very soon.
As for BrickTanks, it'll be my seventh year running the show in January. James is going into his fourth year of working here, having joined me in December 2020. He has done a brilliant job with customer service, I feel very lucky to have him onboard. Things have changed a lot in the last 12 months and there are some big changes afoot for us next year too - more on that in the coming weeks!
