Thank you for the many kind messages we've received. Knowing that our continued efforts are appreciated and that the mere sight of your Bricktanks parcels can give a much-needed morale boost at the end of a trying day, is music to our ears. It really is the simple things that mean the most when times are tough, and we're glad we can play a small role in easing your stresses.
We have put in place a number of measures to keep our small warehouse team as safe as possible while enabling them to pick and send parcels. We continue to ship orders and maintain our next day delivery policy without delay, but please bear with me on the customer service side as of next week. Due to school closures, I will have two small boys at home helping me! So I may not be able to respond to phone calls or emails as promptly as usual, but I will get back to you. However, feel free to nudge me if I take a little too long.
COBI have informed us that they are no longer shipping outside Poland which unfortunately includes claims for missing pieces. Should you find a vital piece of your set is missing, please let us know anyway, just in case we can help. We don't stock spare pieces, but if you take a photo of the piece(s) in the instruction manual and email them to us we can at least forward the request onto COBI as soon as they lift their restrictions on international shipping again.
In the meantime, they are still shipping freight and we've placed a very large order due by this Wednesday. The other good news is COBI are confident that new sets will continue to be released next week, so we will be placing another order very soon to ensure we get your pre-orders in stock as soon as possible.
