Last chance to earn 500 Panzer Points
Let's start with some good news this week - BrickTanks is celebrating it's 10th anniversary this year! It's hard to believe we've been going that long. Especially as I recall the Head of International Trade at COBI telling me, during a visit to Poland, that she hadn't expected us to survive for more than a couple of years. But survived we have, and as I often joke to James, 'Next year, Rodney, we'll be millionaires!'
I began managing the business full-time in January 2018, James joined in December 2020, then came Amelia a month later (she has since gone on to bigger things), and Jason came on board in the warehouse in May 2024. We are a great team and appreciate having a fantastic, loyal customer base that feels like an extended family. We certainly couldn't do what we do without a supportive community behind us bringing these models to life by sharing their knowledge, creativity and enthusiasm. With that in mind, we have a few treats lined up in the coming months to show our appreciation of your ongoing support. The first one will be revealed in next week's blog...
Customer survey update
Huge thanks to the 140+ customers who have already responded to our online survey and shared valuable feedback with us. There is still time if you would like to take part in the BrickTanks customer survey 2026 - submissions close at midnight tonight (Friday 20th February) and we'll add 500 Panzer Points to your account next week as a thank you.
On a similar note, if you would like to support us further, we would welcome a few more testimonials over on Trust Pilot. We have a different review system on our website, which many people already contribute to, so we don't often think to check places like Trust Pilot. Thank you to those customers who already left us a review there completely unprompted, we really appreciate it.
Lastly, we have a new COBI order on the way so check out the latest models due in stock in 7 - 10 days time. Wishing you a warm and cosy weekend.
