I will start with a bit of sad news. After two years, we have decided to close our little BrickTanks shop/show room in Wellington, Somerset. There are various reasons for this decision but the main one is we can't justify keeping it open when the majority of our customers order via our online shop. It is the way of the modern world that most of us shop online these days. We have loved meeting so many of you in person whether you live locally or stopped by on route to your holiday in the West Country. Having a bricks and mortar shop in this day and age is a luxury, especially for the niche market we are in. We know many of our local customers will be disappointed by this news, however, you will still be able to select 'local pick-up' at checkout as our warehouse will remain in operation. So don't panic, it is still business as usual for all online sales at BrickTanks.co.uk.

On a lighter note, I would like to invite you to take part
in our annual BrickTanks customer survey 2026. We would love to hear
your feedback to ensure that we are providing the best service possible.
As a small token of our appreciation, for the completion of the survey
(which takes approximately 5 minutes), you will receive 500 Panzer Points to
boost your pot. Thank you in advance for taking the time to share your
experience and opinions with us. In the age of AI we want you to know that we do read each response and I will personally respond if necessary. We also investigate and action as many of the best suggestions as possible - of which we've had many over the years. In fact, it was your customer feedback which led to us setting up a physical shop and trying out new brands such as BuildArmy, Brickskrieg, CaDA and Sluban.
We often get similar questions pop up each year so before you jump in, it maybe worth having a look at the FAQs which we responded to in last year's survey which covered questions such as:
1. Can you introduce more payment options such as Clearpay or Klarna?
2. Can you stock Limited Edition COBI kits so I don't have to order them direct from Poland?
3. Is it possible to order spare parts from COBI and have them sent via BrickTanks?
