COBI & Sluban updates
Can't believe it's the 5th of December already!
We were hoping one of our COBI deliveries would have turned up by today but although it's at the depot there wasn't enough room on the lorry this morning so we've been bumped to Monday. Still, not too much longer to wait - see below for which pre-orders are coming.
Meanwhile, a second COBI order shipped out of Poland early this week and will hopefully arrive by next Friday 12th - fingers crossed. See below for more exciting pre-orders coming on that.
Our final COBI order before Christmas (phew!) is due to ship end of next week (this really will be tight, we know) and we will do our best to get everything shipped out the day it arrives. Obviously there are no guarantees at this time of year. We will keep you posted in next Friday's blog with another update, plus make sure to check individual product pages for any changes nearer the time.
Finally, we are also waiting on two Sluban orders - see more below. The first one contains a general restock and is due to arrive early next week. And the second one, which includes lots of new releases as well as a general restock, we hope will arrive by the end of next week.
For anyone waiting on a COBI or Sluban backorder and/or pre-order, thank you for your patience and understanding. We are meeting ourselves coming backwards most days so it's been really nice to speak to customers who are often just grateful and happy we answer the phone and email during this busy period. We do not take your appreciation for granted as it is a stressful time of year for us all, so thank you for your cooperation when things don't go to plan. We will always call you or email you back (as long as we get the message!) and do our best to resolve any issues with Royal Mail as quickly as possible.

Why COBI insists on releasing new kits in December is beyond us but we'll give it our best shot to get them to you in time for the big day. I doubt many other retailers will have these models before the New Year if nothing else!
