Latest COBI shipment + limited stock alert!
Between a mammouth COBI delivery that arrived late on Monday—releasing a flood of pre-orders—and the higher than normal number of weekend orders, it’s been an exceptionally busy week here at BrickTanks. It certainly feels as though some customers have begun their Christmas shopping early this year.
As mentioned in last week’s blog, there are plenty of exciting new releases landing this month. We had planned to place another COBI order last Friday, but COBI were snowed under, and with Monday and Tuesday being public holidays in Poland, we had to wait. That turned out to be a blessing in disguise, as this week’s new releases were ready ahead of schedule, allowing us to snap up all seven—details below.
All pre-orders for the 1:12 Tiger II (COBI-2808) were dispatched on Tuesday, and we have now completely sold out. If you’d like to place a backorder, simply order through our website and I’ll ensure it’s added to our next COBI shipment. We’re planning three or four more orders before Christmas (including in December). If you’d like an estimate of when a pre-order or backorder is likely to arrive, just drop us an email—we're happy to help.
Some of our new Brickskrieg wargaming packs have nearly sold out in under a week! It's unlikely we will be able to get more in stock before Christmas, so don't delay if you are planning to get one for Christmas and please let us know what you think of the games.
Also, thought you might appreciate a heads up, I’ve noticed several popular COBI models have disappeared from this month’s UK price list. This means that once current stock is gone, we won’t be able to restock them before Christmas. COBI hasn’t officially announced these sets as discontinued, but neither have they confirmed if—or when—they will return.
Have a great weekend.
Warmest wishes,
Zoë
New releases due in stock 20th - 27th November
Out of production models you don't want to miss
Some of these popular kits have been around a while now. At the time of writing, COBI hadn't yet confirmed if they are officially retired.
