"Another amazing Cobi tank... The turret rotates smoothly, the tracks work well on carpet and the machine gun is pretty manoeuvrable." ~ Adam C.
Very successful infantry tank designed by Vickers and produced in World War II by Great Britain. Over 8,000 were built with many variants (accounting for about 25% of total UK tank production). It was supplied in large numbers to the USSR and also built under licence in Canada. It saw a lot of action in the North Africa Campaign in the early part of the war but its rather weak armament led to its almost complete replacement in Allied armies by Infantry Tank Mark IV (Churchill) and the M4 Sherman by 1944 but it was used by the Soviets until the end of the war on the Eastern Front.
