History.

The Nebelwerfer, German for "fog thrower," was a series of German multiple rocket launchers used during World War II. Notably, during the Warsaw Uprising, the Nebelwerfers acquired the Polish names "Szfa" or "Krowa" due to their distinct sound. American soldiers, on the other hand, referred to them as "Screaming Mimis."
